If you expect a team to retain 4 million for 6 years from a sign and trade you can hand over Schneider.

Why did they waive Brett Connolly and Henrik Borgrstrom? are they going to have a bunch of league min guys, Toews, Kane, and Jones, and pay someone max salary for a year to reach the cap floor?
