Grabbing a scoring forward

Created by: Waffelz
Team: 2022-23 San Jose Sharks
Initial Creation Date: Jul. 14, 2022
Published: Jul. 14, 2022
Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
The Sharks need guys that can score, and Nino Niederreiter can score. They need to move some money to make it work, so they ship out Bonino and Simek to wherever, hopefully for a net-neutral amount. Bonino has some value, Simek doesn't. Optimally the team could find a natural RD and move Vlasic back over to the other side, I don't think Merkely is really ready for 2nd pairing defense minutes yet.

Forward core looks really solid here. D and goaltending grimace

Gonna be pulling for them this year, who knows with a still kinda weak Pacific

Forward core is good enough to challenge for playoffs. Defense and Goaltending is shaky at best

Nino would be a excellent signing. But I doubt we go for it this off-season. Next off-season could see us grappling a scoring top 6 forward
