Description

Way too many "what if"s on this team this year. Regardless of who they sign for their 3rd/4th lines, they need Sandin back, both him and Lillegren to further develop, and their goalies to greatly out-perform expectations simply to have a shot at the Conference finals let alone anything else. Not adding a 2nd line C (moving JT to the wing) or LW will prove to be a costly mistake come next season's playoffs.

Sutter is a flyer, would be nice to see him comeback from long Covid and be able to resume his career with anyone.

That defense, goal tending, and bottom six all look rough. The only thing keeping this team afloat is the top 6.
Looks like another first round exit to me.

I hate the narrative that the team had 115pts and took a finalist to game 7. The output is heading to regression.
