        Vrbata will definitely make more than that. Probably same with Quincey. Possibly the same with Jagr and Hanzal. The money is definitely off on Vrbata though. 55 points on a bad team get you more than 1.5 mil.

        1 yr rental of Kane gets a 1st and a NHL dman? Buffalo jumps all over that before Fla can change their mind.

        Florida would obviously extend Kane. They would have room with Jokinens $4,000,000 coming off the books.

        Kane could say no and become a UFA after the season, then sign wherever he wants. Not to mention the baggage that comes with Kane. It's risky from FLA.
