Probably not, just throwing together a fun roster and though Dobson would be a great add, then traded away everything that wasn't gonna fit for him.

This is easily more than a max offersheet compensation and this doesn't even come with a long term contract

i’m saying i’d prefer a top prospect over all those picks. i think in 2024 and 2025 buffalo will be a pretty decent team. why take two non-lottery picks for dobson when instead they can get a really good forward prospect, of which buffalo has plenty?



i guess it could be? but i feel like buffalo is better than that right now. they might win the lottery i guess but i feel like it’s probably going to be 12-16.

The compensation coming back is waay to much to give up for a player like Dobson. Its 6 first rounders. 5 firsts 2 seconds. I was just throwing whatever i didn't want on the team into a trade to fill the remaining hole.

oh 100%, the package is ridiculous, but if you were building a real package, they’d for sure want one of the prospects you currently have in the lineup
