Description

First and foremost... I am not the most knowledgeable ANA person, so I don't really know anything about their non-NHL prospects, etc. If they have someone better that can take the two bottom LD spots, then use them instead. Otherwise, I think they have plenty of opportunity to use their cap space to become very competitive almost instantly, if they'd like to go the DET/OTT route. Given their long term signings of Strome and Vatrano, I have to believe they want to compete sooner rather than later... still plenty of big fish on the board for them to do so, without losing futures via offersheeting.

Next year, ANA has 14 contracts signed with 25.8mil in space, which should be plenty to sign major pieces in Zegras, Terry, and Drysdale.

Interesting. Didn't know that. Well, they got the money if they'd be willing to play one of those 3 at wing for a few years until Kadri runs out
