If we can keep Gus and move out bean and make the money work somehow, that would be the best case senario.

I don't think theres enough PP time to go around if you keep Gus and if its not Gus then its Bean and Tex and maybe even Bemstrom and China goes downstairs or back to russia and you kinda have to see what you have in him since you already brought him over

While true, my comment was more hopeful than realistic. I reallly don’t want to loose Tex. As cheap young talent is king on cap strapped teams.

Only obstacle you really have is Gavrikov next season (assuming he stays) but that raise can come from Goose retention money coming off the books and going from Korpi to Tarasov which should be good enough to take him to ~ 4.5-ish

Another option at that point will be moving Jake. But yes that will be the obstacle. Hopefully it won’t take that much.

Oh sorry I meant voracek. But bean is my primary movement target as he’s young and could return the best assets.

Voracek's deal will be played out IMO to help get the team back to the playoffs and then go to FA/take a pay cut right when the ELC's expire

True, but moving Gus or Jake isn’t just a matter of freeing up cap space, it’s also freeing up Fs spots for the roughly 8,720 guys we have who need playing time.
