Calgary has zero leverage lol. That is probably the equivalent package they will get from other teams.

Calgary has leverage in that MT is an RFA. On the other hand, Toronto must make a trade where they gain cap space, they have no choice. Thus, if any team has zero leverage when making a trade, it is Toronto. Calgary tells Toronto to go pound sand, they still have MT under their control, and Toronto is still not cap compliant.
