I don't like the 2018 1st part of the trade from MN pov. I think the Sabres will finsh much higher in the standings if they can stay healthy. 8oa this year should still be better than ~15oa next year.

Yes Reinhart will get us the top D that we need, but i do not want him traded. Would much rather trade this years 1st. As well i would say the Ullmark deal is kind of pointless

The ullmark trade is expansion protection. I think Vegas would covet him the most out of all the players not protected. You could trade him for lehtonen and gain an asset from dallas for taking KL. Vegas won't take Lehtonen, so it incentivizes them to take a bad contract in Ennis who clears up space for Eiche'ls new deal.
