I like where your going here and think your trade values are fair, but I think Vegas would be more than happy to match that offer sheet.

In my head they were pushed against the cap still without those contracts but after taking a look I think Vegas easily matches

When you send a cap dump to someone you pay them, they don't pay you. So the pick is on the wrong side in that Pearson trade.
