After the 2nd win

Description
I think they need to prepare some of the young depth for next season to fill the bottom lines. Of course the spots could be given to cheap vets too, but this is more fun.
EJ on a 8 year min deal keeps his AAV down and would be burryable when he can't play anymore.
BB on long term should be the way to go. He might want the certainty too considering his health issues.

It is not the Avs style at all to play a bunch of guys with little to no NHL experience unless they're really into them. It's pretty clear that, at this point, they don't consider any of Bowers (especially Bowers), Maltsev or Ranta to be NHLers. The 8 year deal for EJ is bizarre and unnecessary and I doubt Byram signs an 8-year deal right off his ELC; my guess is that he's going to want to wait for a big payday when the cap goes up. I mean, it's possible with his health issues to want to take the guaranteed money right now (if it were even offered) but if he makes it through the season without getting truly injured, it wouldn't be surprising to see him take a 1-3 year bridge with the goal of signing something like an 10x8 after that.

His contract is up after 22-23, in this timeline he’s not resigned

As in the description: EJ's contract is to reduce his AAV. Maybe it's not necessary for him, but say that you expect him to be worth 2 mil/year the next 2-3 years. Then this kind of contract would give him that amount of money for less AAV and then instead of retiring after 2-3 years the AVS just bury his contract with no penalties and no LTIR. Maybe this has been done before, but I haven't seen it and though it was an interesting idea to float. Bizarre and unnecessary? Maybe, but at least creative?!

JTC is not resigned in this scenario, maybe he gets his second ring with the avs or he is traded as part of a package at the tdl, this is after the coming season.

Yeah, it's not the avs style at all to do this, so the bottom six is very unrealistic. But it has to be really cheap, so just swap some of them out for random cheap vets.
Out of these, especially Bowers has a very low probability. But they have the whole season to give experience to some of the guys and I think they still like Ranta. Maltsev has a good chance too and OO has the 1st round pedigree and will get chances.
