Assuming McLeod will ask for at least $1m (even if he asks for less) the oilers don’t have enough cap space to fill out a roster (and have wiggle room) if they just move foegele.

Might be able to squeeze McLeod a bit more, he has no arb rights. Also can put Shore in A and replace with 750k for 100k, or waive Ryan down and save several 100k. Also don't need a 23 man roster, 22 is fine until an injury hits.
