Isles would laugh at this offer IMO. Pageau plays all situations and that contract is fine. Nelson will probably shift to wing. Anderson doesn't stay healthy and if we are talking contracts I definitely don't think he's worth his. Plus the Isles give up one of their better/more exciting prospects when they already have a thin pool? No way

No reason for Isles to make that deal. Only way they move prospects is for a high end player. Your value is probably close but it just makes no sense for the isles.

I would strongly disagree, Dufour is a B+ prospect. He is big and has a good shot but his skating is meh. Kidney is a year younger and put up 16 fewer points in the QMJHL. Jake Evans is 26, already in the NHL, and putting up 29 points. AND for MTL to add a 2nd.

Lol I get the value is for the Isles but I would rather keep the better prospect then the package. Also my take is slanted because I have been drooling over Dufour like dog in heat the last few months.
