Why r u resigning Girgensons for more than 1 million?

I didnt think too hard about it, he's been overpaid his past couple contracts so I thought the trend would remain. Just thought it was a respect thing and we'd want his work ethic/presence/physicality. He could easily just walk to a competitor (I thought)
