I don’t see Robertson signing for less than 8 at full term. Def don’t see Oettinger signing for that little with the Hart and Demko comps. I don’t like signing him for two years either. Sign him for three so Jamie’s money is gone when he needs his next deal

Doubt Jake’s contract is that low. The offer his agent turned down was for 3 years and more than 2.5.
Dont see him taking 2.5 for 2.
Faksa kinda kills the offensive potential of that 3rd line.
Benn isnt a top 6 any more

Not like they have much of a choice. Their immediate center depth behind Hintz and Faksa is weak and their left wing behind Robertson is even worse. Benn is still better than both Peterson and Kiviranta and Faksa is better than Glendening.

Benn and Segs are too slow to be on the same line. Same with Pavs. Benn will be returned to LW. Segs to C. DeBoer has already said that. However you mix it up you’ll likely see

xxxx-xxxx-Pavs
xxxx-Segs-xxxx
Benn-xxxx-xxxx

I like JRob and Hintz with Pavs, Guri and Marchie with Segs, Delly and Petey with Benn

We’ll see. Seguin is one of my biggest bounce back candidates for this season and if he does in fact return to form like I believe he can, he’ll make whoever he plays with better and that could include Benn.
