Kane will get at least a 1st and a 2nd all by himself at the deadline, even more if traded now with 50% retention.

Barrie is a cap dump, Bourgault probably makes up for taking him but Samorukov adds no value and I doubt Chicago would want Yamamoto either.

Imo Kane 50% retained karia for 2023 1st unprotected 2nd 2024 barrie cap dump Holloway who I consider their top prospect or bougault and savioe.. how desperate is Edmonton and how much are they really willing to give up for thar Stanley Cup. Pressure is on Edmonton and McDavid to deliver. Kane holds all the cards though does wave to go to Canada or imo sets his sights on the Rangers or Colorado
