Scenario laid out by Edmonton media. Don't think this would happen and would be smarter for the oil to trade a similar package for Chychrun but alas... come at me angry fans

Also instead of signing ZAR Oil could sign Milano and shift Hyman to third line RW with Nuge and put Milano on Drai's LW. Little more skilled look but I think ZAR is a smarter, less flashy fit.

Chicago declines that. JP is an example is a UFA, that doesn't have a lot of value to a rebuilding team

JP is still a RFA when his deal is up and is 24 years old. Not sure why that'd be a bad thing for a rebuilding team
