not bad.

a little disappointed in slaf. he's built like an ox but he has the troubling tendency of skating with his head down. scary similar to lindros.

I Guhle, Xhekaj, Barron, Slafkovsky, Mysak and Mesar all played in Laval this year... I don't think there's an AHL squad that stands a chance.

I would play Harris & Schueneman in MTL and maybe give Heineman a 9-game cup of coffee.

Let the rest of the guys Gel for a while and call them up for injuries.

Slaf looks good, but he needs a lot of polish.
Guhle is ready, but winning with his teammates in Laval may be more important than getting reps in MTL.
Mesar may be too good for the CHL.

Boy Oh Boy we have some big boys with skill in Guhle, Xhekaj & Slafkovsky.

The only ranking I disagree with is Harris. Why are you rating him Tier 3?

He played LHRD (which no other player could) and looked awesome doing it. I think there is a spot on the Habs that is his to lose. He's ahead of everyone else in his skating l.

Mesar is very underrated IMO. He might get much closer to his ceiling than what many people think...

I wasn't completely impressed with the 3 games in the tournament by Harris, but he is definitely playing at MTL this year.

He only played 2 games. They gave him today off!

Slafkovsky really impress me, but I saw something that nobody saw (I think): Slaf linemates aren't abble to follow his play level, because he is already good enough to predict the good place for the pass. But somes bads points for him, he need to be more impactful on the PP and need to use more his shot. The rest was great.

Personally, if he play with Suzuki and Caufield, he will likely show up more than if he plays with somes prospect who aren't really ready for the NHL.

very true, I didn't think of it that way. There still are a few really bad passes, and maybe not enough shots on net.

I think I saw 5-6 bad passes, but all the players make some bad passes.

But the behind pass on Beck, and a 2 vs 1 pass on Mesar (who completely fail his one-timer) vs BUF is the type of play than a guy like Caufield will score.

About Habs defense, I will send Ghule and Barron to the AHL for only build a chimestry together.

Beck and Mesar were his linemates?
