i can't think of anywhere in Seattle's top 9 that Hoffman would upgrade, and that's before you get to the fact that they only have $1M in cap space currently and Hoffman is costing $4.5M. You're stuck with him unless you attach a strong asset to him, so since Montreal has the cap space just keep him at this point.
