Lw on 2nd line is open; could be anyone but more likely one of Robertson, Engvall or Kerfoot.
Gaudette seems more likely to be 4th Centre.

Robertson is only 21; still lots of time, I (& I think a lot of Leaf fans) would love to see him dominate (& stay healthy) in ahl for an extended period before bringing him up.
He has to play in top 6 to be effective (he’s not a 4th line player) and unless someone is traded or injured, really no room right now. He is waiver exempt so we may see him move up and down depending on how season unfolds.

He’s started camp on a line with JT and Marner and Keefe said they see him as a guy who could have a bunting like breakout. I see him or Robertson competing for that spot until Engvall comes back and Kerfoot or Jarnkrok move up

Why do people not realize Kampf is the 3rd line center? It's a lock not up for debate. The guy was a stud at the shutdown role last season. Do people watch the games?

I expect that fourth line to play as much or even more than the third line I just lined them up that way because it’s more conventional to have a defensive fourth line

The hope is he takes that 2 LW and runs with it. If that happened, you can really afford to move Kerfoot.

It doesn't make sense to deviate from what was such a good 3rd line. When healthy Engvall and Kampf with I bet Jarnkrock. I would like to see ZAR with Guadette and Aube-Kubel. Best case Robertson steals 2LW and then Kerfoot is expendable.

I think ZAR fits best next to Kampf. I don’t really care who’s the third member of that line, but they’re going to play a lot. But it’s going to be 90% defensive situations

Yeah and Engvall did very well in that role last year and is so good at carrying the puck up the ice. I think there are a lot of good options for the bottom 6
