Not a stars fan, Vancouver is my team. I do remember thinking that Suter signing was confusing lol. I'm pretty sure they're basically taking on that contract at 50% retention (The massive contract had a cap hit of something like 7.25 million) (I believe the Stars contract would expire the same year the massive contract was originally gonna expire).

Robertson around $6M would’ve happened already I think. Even for a short term deal. I’m honestly surprised it’s even gotten this far

Your numbers are wrong. On a 3 three year deal Robertson would be getting 7-7.5M, at 6+ years you are probably looking at 8.5M+ and he's worth every penny of that
