Description

Decided to see if I could ice a cap compliant Leafs team using only players the team had either drafted, signed as undrafted/college free agents or European/KHL imports. I stayed away from signing current UFA's to fill roster spots such as Bozak, Stralman or Sparks. Let me know if I missed anyone!

I left him off the roster because he is currently under contract with a team in Switzerland, so under the rules I made for myself, that automatically disqualified him.

I would have loved to have had Tyler Bozak at 3C or 4C so I could move Verhaeghe to a top 6 LW spot as well, but I didn't include any FA or anyone not under an NHL contract for the 2022-2023 season.
