Vancouver Canucks General Manager Patrik Allvin announced today that defenceman Riley Stillman has been acquired from the Chicago Blackhawks in exchange for forward Jason Dickinson and a second round draft pick (2024).

That's a lot more than what Canucks fans thought it would cost to dump Dickinson. A 2nd to dump Dickinson and grab someone who was about to go through waivers and unlikely to be claimed.

Poolman has looked like sh*t this preseason it definitely seems like he's gonna get buried. His buyout is super friendly next offseason too so they won't be worried about killing whatever little value he has left.
