His contract expiring next offseason is why the price is what it is, and I have a feeling that Fletcher would love Barrie lol

That’s fair. His contract is expiring. We all know that Fletcher is a terrible GM. I think it is a little low but If Sanheim leaves in the off-season which he could it would be a win for both sides. Sanheim is better than Barrie and he could push them over the edge and win the Oilers a Stanley Cup. I think this is really the only missing piece. A d-man better than Barrie.

This man is the same guy who said he didn't want to move cap space to sign Gaudreau cause he returns weren’t good, he won’t take minor pieces he will try to squeeze you for more especially for Sanheim
