Why give anything? Milano, Ennis, Chiasson, Bozak, Dekeyser, Eakin are all available and wouldn't cost picks.

Oh I agree but Leafs fans may expect a 2nd in value for these clowns. ARZ fans don’t care about a 6th. Happy medium and the players actually get NHL time

What fans think is usually nonsensical.

Arizona in a rebuild would stockpile as many picks as possible, you never know when that 6th round pick turns into something, so, in reality no GM would trade that for two goons who can't skate, when they can sign Chiasson and Eakin if they want two goons who can't skate and that "hey you never know 6th rounder"

No one actually would trade a 6th in real life but here in this fake GM world full of whining and overvaluation… the 6th isn’t actually being picked in a hypothetical draft so who cares. At least it’s deterrent from some of the crazies
