Description

Getting through this season is gonna be brutal. Next season as well I suppose. But then things will start to get better. If you are like me and seeing this team struggle as badly as they have the past 2 games is painful, just try and focus on the team we will have in 2024-25. It's gonna be really sweet once we get through all this pain.

I think Dach should play RW on Suzuki/Caufield line too.

Fantilli would be a dream come true!

I like most of your suggestions. I would foresee something like this (if the Habs do indeed get their hands on Fantilli!):

Caufield - Suzuki - Dach
Slafkovsky - Fantilli - Mesar
Roy - BECK - Gallagher (Beck could be the new Danault; Roy the new Tatar)
XXX - Evans - ARMIA (why not keep him on the 4th line)
(Anderson AND DVORAK TRADED)

Matheson - Harris
Ghule - MAILLOUX (In 2 years, this guy is in the lineup and making an impact already)
Xhekaj - SAVARD (would keep him for mentorship, defensive experience, leadership, good fair contract)

Primeau (unsure of his NHL potential.... reminds me of a Dipietro in Vancouver, or Malcolm Subban: AHL stud, chokes in NHL)
