CHI won't have a ton of Trade leverage given P.Kane holds all the cards as to which Team he will be willing to Waive his NMC to play for. The Flames have to be a front runner though, given they will have Cap Space available at the Trade Deadline.

Should only cost the equivalent of a 1st + 2nd + 2nd/3rd for P.Kane 50% retained

Pelletier = 1st
Kylington = 1st (or Two 2nds)

I can't see Lucic agreeing to be moved to CHI, he does have a 10 Team NTL and I doubt Treliving or Sutter move him out of loyalty and because they value his Leadership, not to mention the Size, Grit & Presence (Intimidation & Enforcement) he brings, especially for the Playoffs
