i dont think miller has all that much value anymore. Like I would guess he is closer to a few 2nds than this. That extension is a little alarming. yes it is a slow start for the team overall too but who knows, i doubt many teams would give up a top young player and picks for him, plus other younger guys. You couldnt even get this at his peak value last season either

Yeah lets trade a first second and arguably our 3rd best player this season whos 21 for a 30 year old making 7 million. Hard pass

Agree that^ it's an overpay, but I definitely think Miller still has some value. There is no way he plays the way he's been playing right now for the rest of his career. We need to see how he will adjust to being moved back to the wing.

JT isn't worth that. And the Sabres aren't contenders so no need to trade for a 30 year old for our 1st
