Liked your teams better when you were drunkgrin
Agree with you that the core is going to be together. Just a couple of comments. If Gardiner stays an his "high level" of last year, I wonder if he is going to be affordable to the Leafs at 4.5m. Wonder if Komarov at his advancing years would still be an NHLer, but maybe he will still have the legs to keep on playing. Nyquist? Think he will be better than he is now to be difference maker for the Leafs.. Watched the Memorial Cup last night. Bracco certainly showed his great skating and puck handling skills. Still wonder if they transfer into a NHL style game though.
Manson, who think even if was available the Ducks would want immediate help not just picks....maybe expansion exempt guys like Hyman and Dermot. And with Vatanen on LTIR, I can't see the Ducks trading him. Hyman as third line centre? Think the Leafs would want a better offensive guy, but I don't know if they anyone in their system that qualifies, unless Brooks shows he's an NHLer.
But a pretty good prediction for two full years down the road.....sorry didn't mark. Four star worthy.

I think Komarov can be an effective NHLer in a couple years, but not to the capacity we are used to. He will likely be a Tomas Holmstrom type. Gritty, solid defensively, and good in front of the net.
