It’s a team collapse not a 1 player issue. Jekyll and Hyde BS team. Bad goaltending and bad defense. Giving up on plays. The 2nd line. Kaliyev and Roy are the few bright spots right now. Yeah sprinkle in fiala and Vilardi of course. Soft team/bad coaching.

I know lol, I'm just playing around. But yeah that was not a good game for them, they were pretty lucky to get a point from a good Quick performance and a couple dumb penalties from us

Sometimes this team looks like it isn't playing with any sense of urgency, let alone fire, and that's probably a matter of coaching. Then add to that one really bad penalty from Kevin Fiala each game, one egregious defensive lapse from Sean Durzi every game, the ongoing problem at #2LhD, and Drew Doughty frequently trying to do too much (as on the game-ending mistake he made last night), and you have the recipe for the barely-over-0.500 record we have right now. We're projecting out to 90 points, and that isn't going to get us into the playoffs. I think that Rob Blake is going to HAVE to do something, and I don't think it's change coaches. Even if it's a prophylactic step like acquiring Joel Edmondson or a similar veteran defenseman, he's got to take some action.
