Supposedly Bill Armstrong wants Phillip Broberg. The ask might be Broberg+Barrie for cap reasons a 1st and 2nd round pick. Your offer is nowhere close and would be easily beaten.

He's not playing the right side though, he'll slot in behind Nurse and Kulak will shift to the right most likely. Still don't think the Oilers are going to pull this off though.

I don't think you want McIlrath, but sure? I think Edmonton would be better off bringing up Niemelainen than going for McIlrath.
