      It's not a bad trade in a vacuum, but Tampa looks to have found a potential 2RD for the future in Perbix. He's also much more cost controlled as an RFA next year than Kuzmenko as a UFA. Tampa is much stronger and deeper with wingers, both on the roster and with prospects. I can see Tampa being interested in Kuzmenko and possibly Schenn, but for Kuzmenko the best offer from Tampa should be Foote or prospect+'24 2nd.
