Not really. Only 8 teams could have. Teams wanted to but could not. And this is in the offseason so he no longer has term, it’s now an expiring contract which makes a difference as well.

That’s just not the way it works. If reilly was moved in the off-season when everyone had cap space it would have actually gotten a return in all likelihood.
