Leafs would prefer too sign Kampf, and certainly not pay Kerfoot 3.5m
Twenty man rosters don't work. Forget Mayfield, and secure the defence by signing Timmins and someone else for cheaper than 3.5m. Samsonov gets offer sheeted if that's the best offer the Leafs make.

3rd line is terrible.
Kerfoot probably won’t be back and Holmberg may end up playing 3C if he keeps progressing.
