Description

Now that our dreams of a $4M cap increase are all but gone, life has become difficult for the Pens. Probably an overpay for Fischer and Boyd, but whatever.

Fischer's contract cap probably isn't the QO, but giving him term could likely avoid arb.

Barbashev's is harder to gauge since he's on pace for regressive season, so I'm giving him term as well. For the Pens it doesn't really matter at this point.
