If Backstrom is 80% of what he used to be coming off a hip replacement, and Carlson comes back in due time, this is a surprisingly dangerous team all of a sudden.

It may be wishful thinking, but he might be even better than he’s been the last couple seasons. This is the first time he’s felt 100% healthy in years.

Man I really hope for his sake that Backstrom is able to play at a high level again, that is a tough surgery, I would hate to see him become ryan kesler from an injury standpoint
