I think you have to run ROR at 3C for most of the time. Keep the top 2 lines the same as they are now but if we are down a goal we shift JT up.

This is the outline of an ROR trade I would expect. Prospect could differ a bit. But in general something like this. Possibly even the 3rd being a pick in a later draft if preferred

This is definitely the basis of an ROR trade. Would TOR want to move Kerfoot b4 Engvall? Cause the money would still work that way. 'd want the Blues to target Minten.
