Hey there, just throwing around an idea for potential Dumba trades. Not sure if EDM goes for this, but I see it as a win-win for both sides. For EDM they get a d-man that can score and play a little defense as well, whereas MIN get draft capital in dark times that are ahead for them. But what do you guys think???

As a Wild fan it's a massive overpay by Edmonton.

Dumba only works to Edmonton if they can somehow get him at least to 75% retention before acquiring him.

Which could happen, but would require a third team to retain an additional 25% before he got to Edmonton.

It also likely wouldn't be Ceci they move. But Barrie instead.

Additionally, the team will look to be competitive through the deadcap. They already have the core of the team locked up long-term and just need bottom six and ELC players to get through it.
