I must have missed something... Can you explain to me how a 36 year old bottom 6 player in Burrows, and a 6th round pick, gets you Silfverberg?

Agreed. And is the Panik deal supposed to be pre expansion draft? Cuz it makes zero sense for the hawks

The Ducks would at least have to add Getzlaf too for that trade to be fair!

That's probably the worst trade proposal I've seen on here though
If the Ducks trade Silfverberg, it's for MUCH MUCH more. He's been really good for them & was outstanding in the playoffs this year

These would all be pre expansion draft. The trade for Silfverberg is only if the Ducks plan on leaving him exposed. Which may or may not happen. But if the Ducks are planning on leaving him exposed then at least they get something in return for him and also get a player that is attractive for the knights to draft and they can protect another player perhaps gives them the flexibility to do the 8 skaters and protect more D-Men.
