Description
BUF has 3 of the best Dman 22 years old or younger. I want to see who else belongs in the top.

Rules: Need to be 22 or younger and need to be at least as good as Samuelsson and at least 40 NHL GP.

Harris and Xhekaj have been good too for MTL… they’re all top five in rookie D scoring iirc

was gonna get mad about Noah Dobson not being here but he's somehow he turned 23 two weeks ago? the passage of time is cruel, my friends; so, so cruel.

My sneaking suspicion from this is that BUF has 3 of the top-10 or top -15 Dmen in the league under 22. And already a top F group and then UPL and Levi. Watch out NHL.
