Description
LMK how the valuations can be changed on this. i was just messing around with this, but cap space worked out really well in this. This most likely will not happen, although it does seem possible. Garth Snow would never be able to pull this off, but a decent GM could. I appreciate thoughts and opinions on this.

Fowler deal isn't happening, Friedman already said that Anaheim and Fowler are close to finalizing a deal here. Probably will be announced in the next 3 weeks or so.

He only said that Anaheim SHOULD sign him not they are going to. He said that GMS across the league say hes a 56 million dollar guy. Anaheim can't afford that. And i like this team

I am assuming your Fowler deal happens after the expansion draft? Otherwise, Anahiem would have additional problems protecting Strome and de Haan. Additionally, Fowler seems like he is Bob Murray's favourite D out of the group he currently has. Although I am not commenting on the fairness of your proposed deal, I think it would take more than that. Why not target Sami Vatanen? Apparently, though injured, is on the block.

They've $24 million next year with 13 players to sign including Fowler, Reportedly he's seeking about $6 million per long term. Pretty sure that Bob Murray will find a way to fit him in. Vatanen's nearly $5 milion salary will be gone maybe Murray just gets a player like JVR for 1 year and then lets them walk any ways that's what is being reported.

Supposedly he's only asking for $6 million per for 7 or 8 years in Anaheim from what's being reported from some of the NHL Insiders. So don't really know. Just saw from what Friedman reported that it's close to a done deal and that he's staying in Anaheim for the long run.
