this is an offer i think the sharks would be happy about. Karlsson is not making this team any better and we are wasting his unbelievable season.

It's not a terrible offer but not one they would be happy with. I see 2 cap dumps, Barrie (worth a mid-round pick), a good prospect, a late first + late second. It's missing Broberg or Bouchard to be taken seriously. Maybe if retention is cut in half. And are you not watching the games? EK has single handedly won the Sharks a few. Him and Timo are the only reason to watch imo. If both are traded, they will be absolutely brutal to watch.

Probably need to lower my expectations but with this amount of retention one of Broberg or Bouchard need to be added. SJ needs a high end D prospect coming back. Bourgault piece is good. Yamamoto is alright but like Puj would mostly be there for cap. Barrie is good and can be flipped for assets, but again mainly there to make the cap work

It's already pretty brutal to watch but agree once they ship off Meier we're going to tune in to watch EK get frustrated with everyone on the team not finishing his amazing setups or deflection shots. If one gets traded Grier needs to find a way to trade the other!
