Description

Is there a chance Doug could go scorched earth and just move all these guys. I think theres a fit for almost all of them to get us younger and give us the capital to make deals for younger players. Adding picks to certain moves to get a good younger player back like Krug +pick to philly or someone looking to shake things up. I feel like a full rebuild trading all of these pieces now could actually net us a crazy future roster. Like 3 year turnaround back to a playoff team possibly. Not to mention the cap space that could be freed up to potentially pick up some seriously elite free agents within the next few seasons. Could St.louis stomach a full teardown? (Not Thomas or Kyrou lol)

I don’t see the point in moving Faulk or Buch. I think you keep Schenn as he is a presence in the locker room. The rest you could move. I think you hold Binnington until he has a good year and flip him (Hofer needs some reps first obviously).

I think the pieces to move are Krug, Parayko and Leddy. Retool the defense with Rosen, Perunovich and Scandella (if he can play) for a couple years. This lets you see if a 1A defensemen is available in free agency or lets prospects develop. I think Bolduc and Snuggs can play in the NHL. Give the new guys a couple years to grow and maybe we have a shot at competing by 25
