I don't think Oshie is the best fit for a Hitchcock team given their history. Before he was traded, Oshie admitted that Hitch was overloading him with information and he didn't respond to that type of coaching. Also, seems odd to acquire a RD to play his off-side. If DAL goes after Tanev, would they possibly make a corresponding move to free up RD ice time? Trade value looks pretty fair to me.

Picking up a RW and improving the D are definitely 2 priorities I believe Nill has on his agenda. Check out my last team created called 'Nailed It', see what you think, seems like we're both thinking along the same lines.
