This. What are the Canes offering that can beat an offer of Muk, Yegor, 1st+? Nikishin, Necas, and Jarvis are off the table, and Morrow being better than Muk is debatable. Just because the Devils aren't offering their best pieces, doesn't mean their offers aren't good.

I don't know much about anything but just based on prospect lists Morrow is better than Muk (not close), so this statement doesn't pass the straight face test. When the casual like me reads statements like this it makes you guys come off as inflating your own prospects value by a lot.

I personally would rather have Morrow, but it's not cut and dry. I can very easily see the argument for Muk. I also would not trust THN as a source, they ranked Stillman as a top 5 Devils prospect.

According to whom?

Is there a comp you can point to? Or a story about it? Something?

The uninformed over-payments are more embarrassing, if you ask me.

No comp, but 26 year old 30 goal 70 pt wingers with term (assuming he signs) are worth three first rounders in my opinion. None of the pieces I mentioned fit our lineup. Get rid of them while they still have value.
