Don't really know too much about him. Just know everything i've seen lately arounda Barbi to Tampa trade has Finley coming our way along with a pick.

Adding Foote replaces a 2nd or 3rd round pick and has some potential as well. Tampa just doesn't have a deep prospect pool (that they would be willing to part with) and limited on draft capital so Tampa may be tough to work with

1 - Yeah, because they are wishful thinking.

2 - Foote could be interesting, but there are other far more interesting things out there to get.

I think this Barbi for Foote and Finley is a starting point for Army to at least know where the base is for a deal. Unless Tampa adds more, which I don't see unless it's draft picks, they won't be able to compete in the bidding war for Barbi

As a Blues fan, I am hoping Timo Meier goes off the board here soon so Barbi is the next best winger on the market (aside from Bertuzzi)

Tampa will not be getting Barby. Bet your salary on that. They are simply overmatched to an overwhelming degree.

Who before it happened saw TB getting Savard? No one!! Never count JBB out if he really wants to do a deal. That being said I still think he might be looking more to Barabanov

He can't compete with the assets other teams have.
