I really like the idea of Chycrhun to New Jersey - I think it starts turning them into a potential dynasty type.

I would try to change that 2nd for a 3rd and get a guy like Bjustad as well in the deal. But overall this is the package I think is fair for both sides.

I don't see the need for NJ to acquire Chychrun. Yeah, he's a damned good defenseman, but a big part of his appeal is the current deal he is on. NJ doesn't seem to be in a tight spot with the cap, so it's seems like a luxury more than a necessity.
