How did they resign Kravtsov if he was traded to Arizona? 🤔

NYR fans are way too high on Othmann, he probably will become a decent top 9 FW but that is about it...

Seems like there he does most good, basted on World Junior Ice Hockey Championships and the fact that his production in Juniors went down when he got to a better team.

Well I wouldn't say his roll is definitive. I mean he's only 20 years old. And I don't see how you could possibly look at his production as being a negative. By went down, you mean from 1.5 ppg to a point per game? I wouldn't exactly say that's a result of playing on a better team. There's plenty of cases where good/great players go to better teams and they get either overshadowed by even better talent/players just having a better season. Scoring spread amongst the lineup can be a cause of that too, rather than a team being top heavy where 1-3 players tally all the points. I think his playmaking sense could land him as a 1st line player. He may take several years before he truly develops into a consistent offensive threat, because of the big boys, Laf, Chytil, Kakko, all producing and being the offensive load carriers. I think he will turn out really well if his development is handled right.

    His production as of now.
I also think the way he plays it is possible that can translate to a role higher up in the lineup eventually, but I am not hoping. A well rounded top 9 FW is still a very good thing to have.
But some thinks he will be the next Marchand which is of course possible but I wait until I see more clear signs of that. (Don't get me wrong I would love that, but I do not hold my breath).
