VAN would be selling low right now on Demko, and a 1st rounder and shutdown defender locked up at a reasonable cap hit IS an overpay…right now

If he comes back healthy and proves this year was a blip - and due to the putrid VAN team in front of him - and not a new career trajectory, then he COULD be worth more….but as of today you would be the one dreaming

demko is one of the top young goalies in the game. up till this yr,in which hes been hurt,hes been a franchise goalie.he looked good tonight.so your definately dreaming, if u think a 1st and a 2nd pairing dman even comes remotely close.its just not.
