I think it's fair trade.
However, what about NY cap space?
Do not think, that they can afford such trade.

I think most of the teams that would be in on this would be in a similar situation, Nashville probably doesnt get a deal done without a taking back a contract, In the islanders case the only real fit would be to include Bailey and adjust the package accordingly.

As much as I like Ekholm, this just doesnt make sense. We would need 2-3 mil retention. And I would rather even then have Aho at 825k

I'd find a way to get rid of Joshua too. That would save us cap space
